Subjects
Five subjects took part in reviewing my website.  Three are active in scootering and two are not.  Two of the three that actively scooter and are featured on the website as part of the scooter team.  The other two subjects are not familiar with scootering or Knack Scooters.
Think Aloud Task
I asked the subjects to complete the following tasks while navigating through my website:

Summary of Think Aloud
All five subjects found the website very easy to navigate through.  They were able to find the answers to the above questions with little or no problems.  Three subjects tested the email listed on the contact page and found that it did not open up to an email address.  Although they were all able to tell me how to go about buying a t-shirt, they all suggested that I have a shopping cart or connect to paypal so they can complete the order online instead of having to email us.
Summary of Post-Test Interview
After the five subjects found the answers to my questions above, I had them play around with the website and report any issues they found.  Three subjects want to see the page headings in the same font as the logo on the top left.  They felt the font used was “boring” in the body of the pages.  Four subjects felt that the photos on the “Gallery” page should be labeled so everyone knows who is in each photo.  Two subjects suggested a contact form instead of just an email so they could send their emails directly from the contact page.  One subject thought the logo should not have the white outline on it.  The two subjects that are part of the Knack Scooter team would like to see videos on the site.
